摘  要:以基质固相分散-气相色谱-串联质谱法(先将粉粹的竹笋样品经弗罗里硅土基质固相分散技术净化,然后用20 m L丙酮—正己烷溶液(1+2,v/v)淋洗,GC—MS/MS检测,外标法定量)检测竹笋中26种有机氯农药残留量。结果表明:26种有机氯农药在5~200μg/m L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99。在0.01~0.1 mg/kg浓度范围内,26种目标物的平均加标回收率为81.1%~108.9%,相对标准偏差在3.3%~9.5%。该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,各项技术指标均能满足竹笋中26种有机氯农药的检测需要。Developed a method for determination of 26 organochlorine pesticides in bamboo shoots by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( GC-MS / MS) using matrix solid phase dispersion clean up. The splintered sample were purified by MSPD using florisil powder and eluted by 20 m L acetone-n-hexane( 1 + 2,v / v),the 26 target organochlorine pesticides were rapidly detected by GC-MS / MS using external standard method. The results indicated that the calibration curves of 26 organochlorine pesticides showed good linear relationship in the concentration of 5 ~ 200 μg / m L with correlation coefficients greater than 0. 99. The recoveries of the 26 organochlorine pesticides in bamboo shoot( from 0. 01 to0. 1 mg / kg) ranged from 81. 1% to 108. 9% with the relative standard deviation( RSD) ranged from 3. 3% to 9. 5%.It indicated that the method had good accuracy and precision,which can meet the pesticides testing requirements.
