摘  要:基于平面机构理论,介绍了一种适应复杂路况的变形车轮,首先设计了变形车轮的相关参数并建立了力学建模,推导出变形前后车轮总转矩、正压力转矩和摩擦力的公式,然后基于MATLAB软件分析了变形车轮变形前后车轮总转矩、正压力转矩和摩擦力的变化情况,最后证明了变形车轮具有良好的越障性能,对于验证和推广变形车轮的设计提供了参考。Based on the theory of planar mechanism,the deformable wheel adapted to the complex road conditions was introduced. Firstly,the related parameters of the wheel were designed and mechanical modeling was established,formulas of total torques,positive pressure torques and frictions of wheels were derived. Secondly,variations of total torques,positive pressure torques and frictions of wheels were analyzed by MATLAB. Finally,it proves that the deformation wheel has favorable obstaclesurmounting performance and can provide references and promotions of the deformable wheel.
