摘　　要：文章基于LED显示屏用PCB的特点,介绍了LED板的可制造性设计,探讨了LED板的加工难点,并列举了LED板的常见缺陷类型及分析控制方法。Based on the characteristic of PCB in LED display, this article introduces the design for manufacturing and discusses the difficulty of process control as well as the failure modes and counter measures.
