摘 要:[目的]研究不同光质对碧玉兰组培苗增殖的影响,探索碧玉兰组培苗增殖阶段的最适宜光源。[方法]以野生碧玉兰组培苗为试材,采用LED光源单色红光、蓝光、绿光及白光不同光质配比7种组合处理,以荧光灯为对照,对碧玉兰组培苗的增殖指标进行差异比较研究。[结果]LED白光(W)处理的组培苗增殖量最高,为21.4株/瓶,显著高于其他处理。LED复合光处理的组培苗增殖量较高。对照荧光灯处理的组培苗增殖量较低,为14.1株/瓶,其次为单色红光(R),增殖量为12.8株/瓶。单色蓝光(B)处理的组培苗增殖量最低,为11.9株/瓶。LED白光(W)处理的组培苗增殖率是单色蓝光(B)处理的组培苗增殖率的1.798倍,是单色红光(R)处理组培苗增殖率的1.672倍,是对照荧光灯(CK)处理组培苗增殖率的1.518倍。[结论]LED白光(W)是碧玉兰组培苗增殖阶段的最佳光源。[Objective] The aim was to study effects of different LED light quality on proliferation of Cymbidium lowianum plantlets in vitro,in order to explore the optimum light source of Cymbidium lowianum somaclone proliferation stage. [Method] With wild Cymbidium lowianum plantlets as materials,seven kinds of light qualities were designed with red LED,blue LED,green LED and white LED. The comparative study on proliferation index of C. lowianum plantlets under the seven treatments was conducted,compared to fluorescent lamp. [Result]The proliferation of C. lowianum plantlets was the highest under LED white light( W),which was 21. 4 strains each bottle,significantly higher than other processing. Proliferation of C. lowianum plantlets was higher under LED composite light. Proliferation of C. lowianum plantlets was lower under control fluorescent lamp,which was 14. 1 strains each bottle,followed by monochromatic red light,which was 12. 8 strains each bottle. Proliferation of C. lowianum plantlets was lowest under monochromatic blue light,which was 11. 9 strains each bottle. The multiplication rate of C. lowianum plantlets under LED white light( W) was 1. 798 times higher than under monochromatic blue light,being 1. 672 times higher than monochromatic red light,being 1. 518 times higher under control fluorescent lamp. [Conclusion]The LED white light( W)was the best illuminant in proliferation stage of C. lowianum plantlets.
