摘 要:[目的]采用粉末活性炭(PAC)/超滤(UF)组合工艺对深圳某水库原水进行中试研究。[方法]考察活性炭/超滤组合工艺的不同处理单元对各类有机物的去除效果,对组合工艺不同处理单元出水进行了三维荧光光谱分析,研究了组合工艺去除有机物的特性。[结果]运行结果显示,有机物浓度沿流程逐渐降低,PAC对有机物的吸附去除受接触时间的影响,UF可进一步去除PAC难以吸附的大分子量有机物。对比各处理单元出水的三维荧光光谱分析结果发现,PAC吸附无法去除溶解性微生物代谢物,PAC和UF对其他有机物均有不同程度的去除,溶解性微生物代谢物和芳香族蛋白质酪氨酸、色氨酸是造成膜污染的主要有机物。[结论]PAC吸附与UF过滤相结合更有利于原水中有机物的去除。[Objective] Integrated process of powdered activated carbon( PAC) combined with ultrafiltration was applied on a pilot scale to treat raw water from a reservoir in Shenzhen. [Method] Effectiveness of removing organic matters by different treatment units was evaluated,and three dimensional fluorescence spectrum( 3DEEM) analyses was performed for effluents of different treatment units,and the characteristics of removing organic matters by this integrated PAC / UF process were investigated. [Result] The running results showed that concentration of organic matters decreased along the treatment chain,removal of organic matters by PAC adsorption was affected by the carbon-water contact time,organic matters with larger molecular remained in the effluent of PAC unit could be further removed by UF. Comparing the results of3 DEEM for effluents of different treatment unit,soluble organism metabolites could not be removed by PAC,other organic matters could be removed by both PAC and UF,soluble organism metabolites and tryptophan protein were the main organic matters which could cause membrane fouling. [Conclusion] Integration of PAC and UF was more effective in removing organic matters from the raw water.
