村民自治的经验与挑战分析——以紫何镇纪家沟村为例

摘　　要：村民自治作为农村治理的基本政治制度,是保障村民有序政治参与的重要渠道,也是整个国家治理体系的重要组成部分,对推动基层治理能力现代化,实现广大农村地区长治久安,构建和谐稳定的农村社会,具有十分重大的作用。本文通过对四川省三台县紫河镇纪家沟村村民自治成功经验的总结和面临挑战的剖析,为深化农村治理改革,促进农村基层治理现代化提供有益的借鉴。As the basic political institutions of rural administration and part of the national system governance,villagers＇ autonomy system has far-reaching meaning on grassroots governance modernization,rural orderly political participation,social harmony and stability in rural areas. The successful experiences of villagers autonomy in Jijiagou Village,Zihe Town,Santai County,Sichuan Province were summarized and challenges were analyzed,which will provide beneficial reference for deepening the reform of rural governance and promoting modernization of rural grassroots governance.
