血脂水平对胰岛功能的影响在2型糖尿病和正常人群中存在差异

摘　　要：研究血脂对胰岛功能的影响在2型糖尿病及正常人群中是否表现不同。结果表明，在正常人群中，处置指数（DI）0与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）呈正相关，D130与总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）呈负相关，DI120与TC、LDL—C呈负相关；在2型糖尿病中，D10与TC、LDL—C呈负相关，D130与TC、TG、LDL—C、TG／HDL—C呈负相关，DI120与TC、TG、LDL—C、TG／HDL—C呈负相关。The effects of lipid components on insulin secretion in patients with type 2 diabetes （ T2DM ） and control subjects were explored. The results demonstrated that in control group, disposal index （ DI ）0 was positively correlated with high density cholesterol （ HDL-C ）, while DI30 was negatively correlated with total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglycerides（TG） and low density cholesterol （LDL-C）, and DI120 was also negatively correlated with TC and LDL-C. In T2DM group, DIO was negatively correlated with TC and LDL-C, DI30 was negatively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C and TG/HDL-C, DI120 was negatively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C and TG/HDL-C.
