摘　　要：近年来,随着泰州市经济的日益发展和城市化建设的加速,外来人口日益增加,导致外来人口犯罪的现象逐渐严重,已经成为困扰社会治安的一个难题。文章从外来人口犯罪的主客观原因出发,对外来人口犯罪的特点及手段进行分析,提出预防和遏制外来人口犯罪的建议,希望能依靠全社会的力量,落实社会治安综合治理管理责任,从根本上防范与遏制外来人口犯罪的上升趋势。Recently, with the acceleration of urbanization and the growing city of Taizhou economy, The growing of In-migrants, leading to the phenomenon of immigration crime increasingly serious, has become a problem plagued by social security. On the subjective and objective reasons for departure immigration crime, In-migrants characteristics and means of crime analysis, prevention and containment proposal immigration crime,hoping to rely on the strength of the whole society, the implementation of the comprehensive management of social security management responsibilities, fundamentally on prevention and Containment of the rise of immigration crime.
