摘　　要：挂板组件是分体挂壁式空气调节器室内机组安装的必备部件。该组件是由两个挂板和一个挂板连接板组装而成,挂板组件需牢固、稳定,在没有专用工具的情况下,无法将组件分拆。文章详细介绍挂板组件的组装工艺点焊、铆钉铆接、托克斯铆接法等三种方法,从中推荐了经生产证明的最佳方法。Hanging components are necessary parts of air conditioner, which are made up of two hanging plates and a connection board, the components need to be strong, stable, which without special tools, cannot be split.This article details the component assembly process of spot welding, rivet and riveting method-- three riveting method, recommending the proved best way.
