终末期肾脏病患者社会参与的研究进展及对我国的启示

摘　　要：终末期肾脏病发病率明显上升,不同程度地影响了患者的健康状态和生活质量。社会参与是衡量患者健康的重要指标。本文介绍了国内外社会参与的定义,总结社会参与的测评工具,分析影响终末期肾脏病患者社会参与的影响因素,并进一步综述国内外社会参与的干预性研究现状,从中探寻我国相关研究的不足,以供研究者参考。The prevalence of end stage kidney disease is clearly increasing.The disease has an impact on the health status and life quality of patients.Social participation is an important indicator of patients＇ health status.This article introduced the definition of social participation,summarized current assessment tools of social participation,analyzed the factors influencing the social participation of patients with end stage renal disease,reviewed domestic and overseas intervention studies on social participation.The shortcomings of the relevant studies of China were investigated in order to provide references for researchers.
