摘　　要：急性心血管事件往往起病隐匿,症状多样,病情变化迅速,稍有耽搁,就会错失良机、危及生命,造成不可挽回的局面。社区卫生服务机构作为患者生命的第一道防线,在患者的生命链中起到非常重要的作用,若能及时发现病情,可挽救患者生命。本文就不同院前表现的急性心血管事件患者临床资料进行总结,希望通过症状的描述对社区卫生工作者起到警示作用。Acute cardiovascular events often occur without foreshadow,change rapidly,suddenly fall into critical condition and are diversified in symptoms.Even the slight delay of treatment may endanger patients＇ life and the outcome may be irreversible.CHS is the frontline for the battle of saving life of patients with acute cardiovascular events and plays a significant role in it.If the disease can be timely detected,patients＇ life may probably be saved.The study introduced different pre-hospital manifestations in patients with acute cardiovascular event and aimed to improve community health workers＇ precaution for this disease.
