经鼻内镜下鼻甲粘膜下切除术和下鼻甲外移术的临床探讨

摘　　要：比较经鼻内镜下鼻甲粘膜下切除术与下鼻甲外移术治疗下鼻甲肥大的有效性及安全性。方法:将合肥市二院2009年1月至2011年12月间180例慢性鼻炎患者分为两组,一组85例是经鼻内镜下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除术,另一组95例为下鼻甲外移术,观察两组疗效。结果:下鼻甲粘膜下切除术与下鼻甲外移术缓解鼻塞的近期疗效无差异,P〉0.05,远期疗效下鼻甲粘膜下切除术优于下鼻甲外移术,并发症发生率下鼻甲外移术低于下鼻甲粘膜下切除术,P〈0.05,两者差异有统计意义。结论:下鼻甲外移术和下鼻甲粘膜下切除术各有利弊,把握手术适应症,合理选择术式。Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety between partial burbinate resection mucoperiosteal and lateral movement of inferior turbinate in the treatment of inferior turbinate hypertrophia. Methods In the Second people's Hospital of Hefei from January 2009 to December 2011,85 cases of endoscopic turbinate mucoperiosteal partial burbinate resection resection and 95 cases of lateral movement of inferior turbinate were retrospectively analyzed. Result:There is no difference in the shortterm efficacy for relieving rhinobyon between inferior turbinate functional anaplasty and lateral movement of inferior turbinate. The long - term efficacy of the former is better than the latter,while the occur rate of complication of the former is higher than the latter, The differences are statistically significant. Conclusion Partial inferior burbinate resection muscoperiosteal and lateral movement of inferior turbinate both have pros and cons. The preference of surgery should be reasonably analysed with consideration of the complications.
