梅州山区生态农业发展现状与对策探讨

摘　　要：该研究旨在推进生态文明建设,实现农业强、农村美、农民富的目标。分析了梅州山区生态农业的发展现状,包括存在群众生态意识淡薄、开发无序、龙头企业带动能力不强、人才匮乏、资金投入不足、品牌维护不力等主要问题。提出着力构建生态农业循环经济产业链,推行生态种养模式,引导科学耕山、立体开发、农旅结合,集成生态栽培技术,严格农药管控,规范建立安全食品生产基地等对策,以期为山区生态农业持续、协调、快速发展提供参考。The study aims to promote the construction of ecological civilization, achieve the goal of agricultural prosperity, beautiful village and income increase of peasants in our country. We analyzed the present eco-agriculture development situation of the mountain area in Meizhou and put forward the countermeasures of the use of resources advantage, resource development layout, environment protection, economic pattern and so on. This paper also expatiated the primary problems existing in the eco-agriculture in Meizhou, such as, inadequate propaganda, ecological consciousness, disorderly development, weak driving ability of leading enterprises, lack of talents, insufficient capital investment and lack of brand maintenance etc. The effective measures were focus on building circular economy industrial chain of eco-agriculture, pushing ecological mode of raising, guiding of scientific plowing mountain, three-dimensional development, combined agriculture and tourism, integrating ecological cultivation technology, strict management of pesticide use and establishing safe food production base, etc, to provide the reference for the sustainable, coordinated and rapid development of mountain eco- agriculture.
