摘 要:目的为了确定中药材关木通的最佳减毒方法 ,探讨不同炮制方法对中药材关木通中马兜铃酸的脱除效果。方法对中药材关木通进行姜炙、醋炙、蜜炙、甘草炙、碱制、炒炙、酒炙以及碱蜜合制、碱酒合制、碱姜合制,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定马兜铃酸的含量,计算马兜铃酸的脱除率。结果醋炙关木通药材中马兜铃酸的含量为(0.101 000±0.001 700)%,醋炙品水浸出物与醇浸出物的含量相当。结论醋炙制法为最佳方法。Objective To explore removal effect of aristolochic acid with different processing methods on Aristolochia Manshuriensis in order to determine the best attenuated method of Aristolochia Manshuriensis. Methods Main ginger, vinegar main, honey main, licorice broiled, alkali system, fried grilled, broiled, alkali and honey also, alkali and liquor also, alkali and ginger also were applied in Aristolochia Manshuriensis. Content of aristolochic acid in Aristolochia Man- shuriensis was detected by RP-HPLC, and removal rate of aristolochic acid was calculated. Results Content of aris- tolochic acid in Aristolochia Manshuriensis with vinegar main was (0.101 0004-0.001 700)%, the content of water extract and alcohol extract in vinegar main was quite. Conclusion This vinegar processing is the best way to take effect.
