摘　　要：文章针对我国区域网络信息资源分布不均衡、出现配置鸿沟的问题,构建了网络信息资源生态化配置的双层多目标规划模型,并求出最优解,以期实现网络信息资源生态化最优配置的目标。For network information resources distribution imbalance in our country, configuration of gap problem, the paper set up the network information resources ecological configuration bi - level multi - objective programming model, and find out the optimal solution, in order to achieve the goal of the optimal configuration of the network information re- sources ecology.
