摘　　要：文章描述了网络生态系统非理性信息的概念与特征,分析了非理性信息对信息人的认知和行为产生的影响,提出了对网络生态环境非理性信息分类、甄别、监督的过滤策略。在此基础上,构建了网络生态环境非理性信息过滤模型,并以微信系统为例,对其非理性信息的过滤流程进行了具体设计。The paper describes the definition and features of non - rational information, and analyzes the effect of information person＇s cognition and behavior that non - rational information brought up and then puts forward a filtering strategy of classifying , discriminating and supervising the non - rational information of network ecological environment. Finally, the paper builds a filtering model of irrational information for network ecological environment, and designs a concrete procedure of non - rational information by taking Wechat system for example.
