摘　　要：文章从价格竞争、资源竞争、读者竞争和服务竞争四个方面分析了数字出版机构与数字图书馆之间的竞争关系,探讨了数字出版机构与数字图书馆合作的可行性,并基于内容和技术两个角度,提出了数字出版机构与数字图书馆开展合作的具体思路和措施。This paper analyzes the competitive relationship between digital publishing institutions and digital library from four aspects, such as price competition, resource competition, readers competition and service competition, discusses the feasibility of digital publishing and digital library cooperation, and based on the perspective of content and technology, put forward the specific ideas and measures.
