摘 要:通过实验研究了在总养分含量高和总养分含量低的有机复混肥中添加菌渣或高岭土对肥料的颗粒硬度、养分释放率、外观等的影响。结果表明,总养分含量低的肥料颗粒24h内崩解率较高,且菌渣作黏结剂的肥料高于高岭土作黏结剂的肥料;高岭土作黏结剂的肥料前15d氮素累积释放率达到38%~41%,比菌渣作黏结剂的肥料高30%~38%,造成肥料浪费;菌渣作黏结剂的肥料的磷素和钾素释放率与高岭土作黏结剂的肥料的差别不大;菌渣因含有一定的营养物质,更适宜作肥料的黏结剂。The effects of edible fungus residue binder on strength, nutrient release rate, appearance of organic compound fertilizer with edible fungus residue or kaolin as binder are studied by test. The results show that 24 h disintegration rate of low nutrient content fertilizer is higher than that of high nutrient content fertilizer, and 24 h disintegration rate of fertilizer with edible fungus residue as binder is higher than that with kaolin as binder; The accumulated nitrogen release rate of fertilizer in the first 15 days with kaolin as binder is 38%-41%, which is increased by 30%-38% to that with edible fungus residue as binder, the fertilizer is wasted. The differences of phosphorus and potassium release rates are small between edible fungus residue treatment and kaolin treatment; The edible fungus residue is suitable for binder because it contains nutrient.
