摘　　要：介绍山东明瑞化工集团有限公司硫铁矿制酸系统自改烧垃圾混矿以来出现余热锅炉爆管、出渣扬尘和沸腾炉下料口出现死灰等不正常现象,在原因分析的基础上采取了一些相应的处理办法(如对余热锅炉壁管加强振打),并根据原料的变化采取不同的操作方法 (如根据混矿粒度调整沸腾炉风速及焙烧强度),解决了问题,稳定了生产。The abnormal phenomena of sulfuric acid production system with waste mixed ore as raw material in Shandong Mingrui Chemical Group Co., Ltd are introduced, such as waste heat boiler fuse, ground dust when tapping and dead ashes in spout of boiling roasting furnace, some corresponding treatments are adopted based on the cause analysis （such as to strengthen shaking wall tube of waste heat boiler） , the different operating methods are adopted according to the changes of the raw materials （such as adjusting wind speed of fluidized bed and roasting intensity according to the mixed ore granularity）, the problems are solved, the production is stable.
