摘 要:T细胞在发育过程中经历一系列分化与凋亡修饰,但其在正常生理状态下发生凋亡的部位及凋亡率尚待进一步阐明。我们采用流式细胞仪对出生后0~28d小鼠胸腺、脾脏和血液中CD3^+T细胞的自然凋亡率以及巨噬细胞含量进行多时间点检测分析。结果表明,在自然状态下,小鼠脾脏、血液中CD3^+T细胞凋亡率及巨噬细胞比率均显著高于胸腺。提示除胸腺外,脾脏及血液可能为T细胞完全成熟前的凋亡地点。T cells go through a serial process of differentiation and apoptotic modification during development, but the location and rate of apoptosis under normal physiological conditions remain to be further clarified. We used flow cytometry to detect the apoptosis rate of CD3^+T cells from thymus, spleen and blood at multiple time-points during 0-28 neonatal days, in the mean- time, the macrophage ratios in the thymus and the spleen were detected as well at some of the time points . Our data showed that, in the natural state, the CD3^+ T cell apoptosis and maerophage ratios are significantly higher in spleen and blood than those in the thymus. The results suggest that, in addition to thymus, the spleen, and maybe blood, could be the places of thymocytes apoptosis before they get fully mature.
