摘  要:目的探讨龙胆草(Radix gentianae)在人表皮共培养体系中对黑素转运的影响。方法采用MTT法测定龙胆草对人黑素细胞(Melanocyte)与角质形成细胞(Keratinocyte)共培养体系增殖的影响,利用荧光标记技术以及流式细胞仪测定龙胆草对于黑素转运的影响。结果 0.1 g/L、0.2 g/L和0.5 g/L龙胆草对于人表皮共培养体系增殖无影响,0.1,0.2,0.5 g/L龙胆草对于共培养体系中黑素转运有剂量依赖性促进作用。结论龙胆草对于共培养体系中黑素转运有剂量依赖的促进作用。Objective To study the effects of radix gentianae on cell proliferation and the transfer of melanin from melanocytes to keratinocytes. Methods MTT method, flow cytometry were employed to measure the cell viability, melanin transfer of co-cultured melanocytes and keratinocytes. Results No influence was observed on co-cultured melanocytes and keratinocytes cell proliferation by 0.1 g/L, 0.2 g/L or 0.5 g/L radix gentianae. The melanin transfer was clearly enhanced by radix gentianae in a dose-dependent manner at concentrations of 0.1 g/L, 0.2 g/L or 0.5 g/L. Conclusion Radix gentianae exhibits a dose-dependent enhancing effects on melanin transfer in co-cultured melanocytes and keratinocytes.
