山地城镇高密度空间的形成过程与机制研究

摘　　要：高密度空间在山地城镇中普遍存在。经对山地城镇高密度空间的基本特征进行了研究,认为其具有建设高密性、要素聚集性、功能混合性和格局生态性等特征,在山地城镇中承担着重要的功能,是山地人居环境的典型空间形态。在分析了山地城镇空间的基本格局及高密度空间的形成过程,得出在受到自然条件约束下,山地城镇空间往往形成了大集中、小分散的空间结构,并逐渐演变成了集核型、线型和面状高密度山地城镇空间格局;在自然、社会、技术、政策等多种因素的综合作用下,形成了山地城镇空间的高密度集中与分散的有机统一。探讨了山地城镇高密度空间的成因及其作用机制。并根据山地城镇高密度空间存在的功能布局单一化、过度高密度开发、交通拥堵状况突出,以及山水环境遭到破坏等现状问题,提出了优化功能分区与布局、强化高密度开发的合理性、构建畅通的绿色交通体系、完善一体化的地上地下空间,营造山水化的景观系统等空间优化路径与策略。High-density spaces exist universally in the mountainous cities and towns with its diverse features of high-density construction, agglomeration, mix of uses and ecological pattern. Moreover, they are a typical spatial form of human settle- ments in mountainous regions with important. Under the constraint of natural con- ditions, mountainous towns usually assume a spatial structure of ＂centralization in general and decentralization in detail＂ and eventually evolve into the high-density spatial pattern with characteristics of centralization, line type and surface condi- tion. Under the combined influence of natural, social and technical factors, the or- ganic unity of high-density centralization and decentralization of urban space in mountainous regions has formed. This paper explores the formation and mecha- nism of high-density urban spaces in mountainous regions. Based on an analysis of many current problems such as simplification of functional layout, over-develop- ment, traffic congestion and destruction of the natural environment, strategies to optimize spatial form are proposed, including the optimization of functional divi- sion and layout, the rationalization of high-density development, the construction of green transportation system, the integration of ground and underground spaces and the construction of the landscape system.
