摘　　要：人才培养机制改革在高等教育改革历程中一直是一个难点和热点问题。人才培养机制创新作为高等教育综合改革的核心目标,直接关系到人才培养质量的提高。创新人才培养机制,应从创新人才培养理念、改革人才培养模式、调整专业结构、优化人才培养方案等方面进行。The reform of talent cultivation mechanism in the re-form of higher education is always a hot and difficult problem. The innovation of talent cultivation mechanism, as the core goal of the comprehensive reform of higher education, is directly related to the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation. Innovative talent cultivation mechanism should include the innovation idea of talent cultivation, the reform of talent training mode, the ad-justment of the major structure, and the scheme optimization of talent cultivation.
