摘 要:高等院校对于学生教育的一项重要内容就是人文素质教育。现阶段,在我国大学中的人文素质教育还存在着许多问题:包括定位不清晰、重教而轻育、素质教育过于知识化、人文素质教育与专业知识学习两张皮。对于这些问题,学校在教育过程中应当以育为主,逐步培养学生的人文素质教育中的主体性意识,使学生的人文素质结构和品质都能得到有效提高。对于隐性素养也不容忽视,这样学生能够从整体上全面提高自身素质。在教育的过程中要深化价值的自觉性,真正实现大学生在人文素质教育方面的提升。An important content of college education is humanistic quality education. But at the present stage, there are still many problems in China's college humanistic quality education, including obscure orientation, more emphasis on teaching and less emphasis on cultivation, excessive knowledge imparting in quality-oriented education, and disconnection between humanistic quality education and professional knowlege learning. To solve these problems, colleges should take cultivation as the center, so as to gradually cultivate students' subjective consciousness in humanistic quality education, and effectively improve the structure and quality of students' humanistic quality. Implicit qualities should also be noticed, so that students' quality can be improved comprehensively. In education, the autonomy of value should be deepened, so as to truly realize the improvement of college students' humanistic quality.
