摘　　要：大学生就业问题是社会各界始终关注的热点,伴随着"最难就业年"的一再出现,越来越多的毕业生,面临着"毕业即失业"的窘境。继而引发了一系列的心理问题,这不但直接影响着毕业生顺利实现就业,也影响他们的日常学习生活,从而会引发一系列复杂多变的社会问题。The problem of university graduates＇ employment never fails to exert tremendous fascination on various circles of society.Trapped by the toughest year of landing jobs all the time, more and more graduates are gathering aspirations only to acquire little chance to get started. The elites and pillars of our society are facing the dilemma of jobless after college, which may induce a series of psychological problems. Consequently, not only the results of graduates＇ employment will be affected, but the quality of students＇ lives will also be ruined. What＇s worse, this may trigger varies of complicated social problems with potential devastating influences.
