摘  要:提高新员工入职培训的效果是国内公立医院人事部门需要解决的关键问题之一。传统的入职培训存在重视性不够、不突出以人为本、效果不均、缺乏评估体系等缺陷。本文通过分析美国MD Anderson癌症医院中心新员工入职培训系统(NEOP)的优势,探索国内公立医院新入职员工培训的变革模式。The effectiveness of new employment orientation has been one of the critical issues of the human resources department in domestic public hospitals. Traditional new employment orientation mode was unvalued, not employee orientated, with inhomogeneous effect and lake in evaluation system. The aim of this article is to explore the reform directions of training mode in domestic public hospitals through analyzing the advantages of the New Employment Orientation Program (NEOP) of MD Anderson Cancer Center in USA.
