摘　　要：目的:进一步验证维药阿萨润霜治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将300例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。治疗组给予维药阿萨润霜治疗,对照组给予青鹏软膏治疗。对两组治疗前后膝关节疼痛评分、日常活动功能受限评分、膝关节僵硬评分以及安全性进行分析。结果:维药阿萨润霜与对照药青鹏软膏能够显著降低膝关节疼痛评分、日常活动功能受限评分、膝关节僵硬评分(P<0.01);维药阿萨润霜受试者均未出现明显全身不良反应,仅有少数患者膝关节局部皮肤出现发红、发痒,停药后消失。结论:维药阿萨润霜具有良好的治疗膝骨关节炎的作用,且不良反应小,与青鹏软膏疗效相当。Objective：To further verify the clinical effect of Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing（ 维药阿萨润霜） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：300 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,150 cases in each.The treatment group was given Uighur medicine Asa Moisturizing,while the treatment group was given Qingpeng ointment.Analysis of two groups of patients before and after treatment of knee arthritis pain score,daily activity function limited score,knee stiffness score and safety.Results：Uighur Medicine Asa moisturizing and the control medicine Qingpeng ointment can significantly reduce knee arthritis pain scores,activities of daily living function limitation score and stiff knee score（P 0.01）;Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing subjects were no obvious systemic adverse reactions,onlya small number of patients knee local skin redness,itching,after stopping canceled.Conclusion：Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing has good treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and less adverse reaction,and curative effect of Qingpeng ointment.
