摘  要:目的为政府考察环境卫生状况及了解居民对环保工作满意度提供评估方法;为环境治理政策制定与管理方式优化提供依据。方法收集2011年在佛山市顺德区所做噪音治理、污水处理、空气质量、绿化管理、公共设施、城市形象共六个方面的调查数据以及相应的当地环境指标。构建结构方程模型,验证以该六个方面评价环境的合理性以及各相应条目对这些方面的影响。最终建立一个科学的评价模型。结果居民环境总满意度为63.87,最高为绿化管理(72.61),最低为噪音治理(57.22)和污水处理(56.27)。结论顺德总的环境居民满意度一般,绿化水平较好,政府应加强对噪音治理和污水处理方面的工作。Objective To provide an evaluation method to investigate the local sanitary conditions and obtain the residents' satisfaction to the environmental protection job of authority ; and provide a basis for making environmental policy and optimizing management for government as well. Methods Relative data were collected through 6 times surveys in Shunde District, Foshan, which contained correspondent index of local environment in six dimensions. And structural equation model was constrncted with Amos to validate the rationality of evaluating environment and the influence level that all correspondent items have on these 6 aspects. Finally, with local environment index, the importance of these 6 aspectsof environment evaluation were acquired, and a scientific evaluation index model was established. Results The overall residential environment satisfaction index was 63.87, the highest was the green management index (72. 61 ), and the lowest was noise control( 57.22 ) and sewage disposal ( 56. 27 ) indexes. Conclusion The overall environment satisfaction in Shunde residents was moderate, the overall level of afforesting is good, the government should strengthen the control of noise and sewage treatment works.
