摘  要:为了探讨穿刺巴斯德芽菌Ppgh-3对番茄根结线虫病的防效,对种植在含有根结线虫土壤中的番茄根系周围接种不同量的穿刺巴斯德芽菌Ppgh-3,在接种后的30、45、60 d分别测定番茄的株高、茎粗、根重、地上部重、根冠比、根系活力、病情指数,并在结果期测定单果重和3穗果的单株产量。结果表明:根结线虫侵染会造成番茄株高、产量、地上重显著降低,茎粗明显变细,根重、根冠比显著增加,根重、根系活力先升高后降低。接种穿刺巴斯德芽菌后,各处理的株高、产量、地上部重、茎粗均较只施线虫对照增加,而根重、根冠比则降低,接种穿刺巴斯德芽菌量最多的处理,株高比只接种根结线虫的处理增加6.55%,茎粗增加了16.99%,地上重增加了34.26%,根重减少了13.98%,病情指数降低了64%,果实产量增加了61.56%,与接种根结线虫的处理存在显著差异。这说明穿刺巴斯德芽菌Ppgh-3对根结线虫具有防治效果,而高接种量的穿刺巴斯德芽菌对番茄根结线虫病的防治效果最好。To determine the control effect of P. penetrans Ppqh-3 on tomato root-knot nematode disease, Pasteruia penetrans Ppqh-3 was inoculated around the tomato root which was infected by M.incognita and the plant height, stem diameter, root weight, root shoot radio, root activity, disease index and the single fruit weight and the yield per plant were measured at 30 d, 45 d and 60 d after inoculation, respectively. The results showed that after P. penetrarts inoculation, the plant height, yield, crown weight and stem diameter of all inoculation treatments increased than the control treatment with root-knot nematode only, but the root weight and root shoot radio decreased. For the highest inoculation treatment, the plant height was 6.55% higher than the treatment with root- knot nematode only, it was 16.99% for stem diameter and 34.26% for crown weight, the root weight decreased 13.98%, the disease index decreased 64% and the yield per plant increased 61.56% and all these were significantly different with the control treatment. The control effect of P. penetrans Ppqh-3 on tomato root-knot nematode was the best for the treatment with high inoculation quantity.
