胺碘酮在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2012年2月至2014年3月收治的97例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(48例)和观察组(49例),分别给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗和常规抗心力衰竭联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血流动力学变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后血流动力学各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并心律失常患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上联合胺碘酮治疗可获得较好的效果,且不良反应轻微,是一种安全有效的治疗方案,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of amiodarone in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia. Method A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 97 cases of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2014, and they were divided into control group（48 cases） and observation group（49 cases） according to the different treatment methods, control group patients were given conventional therapy and observation group patients were given conventional therapy combined with amiodarone. The clinical effective, hemodynamic changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Result The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group after treatment, indexes of hemodynamics were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were not significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with heart failure and arrhythmia treated with amiodar based on conventional anti heart failure treatment can obtain good results, and adverse reactions is mild, it is a safe and effective treatment, has certain clinical application value.
