摘 要:采用共聚法制备壳聚糖磁性复合材料,以脱色率为主要指标,通过正交试验考察壳聚糖/改性四氧化三铁质量比、投加量、pH、沉淀剂的用量、反应温度等因素对印染废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:pH对印染废水的脱色效果影响最大.综合考虑,处理印染废水脱色率的最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖/改性四氧化三铁质量比为1.0∶1.0,投加量为0.2500g,pH为3.00,温度为35.0℃,搅拌时间为30min.在该条件下处理后脱色率为98.82%,除浊率为94.51%,化学需氧量(CODCr)去除率为99.01%;重复六次后脱色率为93.92%,除浊率为89.43%,CODCr为93.81%;通过表征及分析表明壳聚糖复合材料处理印染废水效果明显、可循环利用、经济环保.Chitosan magnetic composite materials was prepared by precipitation polymerization method in this paper.The decoloring rate was used as the evaluating index in the orthogonal experiment.The several factors,such as the weight ratio of chitosan to ferroferric oxide,dosage quantity,pH value of the solution,the amount of precipitation agent,reaction temperature,etc.were applied in the printing and dyeing industry wastewater.Results showed that the pH value had the greatest influence on water decoloring.The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal conditions as follows:The weight ratio of chitosan to ferroferric oxide was 1.0∶1.0,the dosage of composite materials was 0.2500 g,the pH value was 3.00,the temperature was 35.0oC,and the agitation time was 30 min.The decoloring rate was 98.82%,the turbidity removal rate was 94.51%and the removal rate of CODCrwas 99.01%.Then,the chitosan/ferroferric oxide composite materials were recycled for six times,the decoloring rate was 93.92%,turbidity removal rate was 89.43%and the removal rate of CODCrwas 93.81%.The research indicated that the effect of chitosan magnetic composite materials were used in dyeing wastewater was better than that of single chitosan.Chitosan magnetic composite materials was an energy-saving and recycled environmental treatment.
