摘 要:通过共混法合成羟基磷灰石(HAP)/四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)复合材料,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等对所得产物进行分析.并利用正交试验方法考察体系pH值、HAP/Fe3O4复合材料的投加量等因素对模拟铅废水吸附的影响情况,结果表明在吸附试验的影响因素中HAP/Fe3O4复合材料的投加量、模拟含铅废水的起始浓度都起重要作用.最佳吸附工艺条件为:体系pH为7.60,HAP/Fe3O4复合材料投加量为30mg·L-1,模拟含铅废水的起始浓度为6.00mg·L-1,HAP与Fe3O4质量比为1∶1时,吸附效果最好达到85.74%.重复进行吸附实验8次,铅吸附率仍可以达到84.56%.研究表明,羟基磷灰石磁性功能复合材料可循环利用、绿色环保.The composite of hydroxyapatite(HAP)ferroferric oxide(Fe3O4)is synthesized by using blending method in this paper,and the products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Orthogonal experiment is used to explore the influences of the pH value of system,the dosage of hydroxyapatite composite,etc,on the adsorption lead(II)in simulated wastewater.The optimal process conditions in the range of experiment conditions are found out through range analysis as follows:the pH value of system is 7.60,the dosage of hydroxyapatite composite is 30.00mg·L-1,the primal concentration of lead(II)in simulated wastewater is 6.00mg·L-1,the weight proportion of hydroxyapatite to magnetite is 1∶1,the amaximimal adsorption rate of lead(II)is 85.74 %.The adsorption rate can still be reached to 84.56% when the hydroxyapatite composite is regenerated for 8times.Hydroxyapatite magnetic compotie materials was energy-saving and environmental.
