摘  要:将黄瑞香种子置于浓硫酸中分别酸蚀20、30、40、50、60、70、80 min,然后用200 mg/L赤霉素浸种24 h后置于穴盘中发芽,测定种子发芽率和发芽势,研究浓硫酸酸蚀时间对黄瑞香种子萌发的影响。结果表明,浓硫酸酸蚀对黄瑞香种子萌发有促进作用,不同酸蚀时间种子发芽率和发芽势均有明显差异,以酸蚀60 min效果最佳,发芽率达24.22%,发芽势达16.29%。The seeds of Daphne as tested material,making these seeds soaked with concentrated H2SO4 for 20,30,40,50, 60,70 and 80 min,then soaked the H2SO4-eroded seeds in the solution of 0.2 mg/L GA3 for 24 h and put them in cave for accelerating germination test. The seed germination rate and germination potential is measured to study the effects of different acid etching time of concentrated H2SO4 on seed germination of Daphne giraldii Nitsche. The result shows that the concentrated of H2SO4 could promote the seed germination of Daphne. and the germination rates increased along with the prolongation of concentrated H2SO4 eroding time,H2SO4 eroding for 60 min have the significant effects on seed germination and the germination rates reached to 24.22%,16.29%.
