摘　　要：在口腔领域中，由于不同原因造成的口腔软硬组织的缺损十分常见，如何实现组织的再生和修复，一直是口腔医学界研究的重点。新一代的血小板衍生物一浓缩生长因子（CGF，Concentrate Growth Factors）在促进组织修复再生方面已经取得重大突破，本文就CGF的发展历史、生物学特性、临床应用现状及研菀进展等方面简要综述。In the field of dental research, there has increasing interest in how to achieve tissue engineering and repairement. A new generation of platelet concentrate ---CGF, Concentrate Growth Factors,has been used to accelerate tissue healing. The article reviews the development history, biological characteristics, clinical application and progresses of CGF.
