宫腔镜配合补佳乐用于围绝经期及绝经后妇女取宫内节育器的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜在围绝经期及绝经后妇女取环术的应用价值。方法选取宫内节育器围绝经及绝经后妇女170例，分为观察组102例和对照组68例，对照组和观察组均在术前每日口服补佳乐2mg，1次／日，共三日。第四日来院后对照组按常规进行取环手术，观察组在宫腔镜下取环。结果观察组手术时间（4．08±0．22）min，短于对照组的（6．32±0．42）min；术中出血量平均（6．0±1．1）mL，少于对照组（14．0±2．1）mL；取环顺利91．18％高于对照组的44．12％；取环成功率99．2％高于对照组86．76％。结论宫腔镜配合补佳乐用于围绝经期及绝经后妇女取宫内节育器，手术时间短、取环顺利、取环成功率高、不良反应少是一种比较安全、有效的方法，值得推广。objective To investigate the application value of hysteroscope in taking intrauterine divice（IUD） in perimenopausal and postmenopansal women. Methods 170 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women with IUD were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group had 102 patients,the control had 68 patients. They all take Progynova before the operation. The oral way is 2mg each time, qd, a total of three days.When they are on the fourth day to the hospital, the control group for taking IUD according to conventional operation, while the observation group for taking IUD by the hystcroscopy. Results The observation group operating time was （4.08＋0.22）rain, shorter than the control group of（6.32_0.42） rain： the average in intraoperative blood loss （6.0~ 1.1 ） mL ,less than the control group of （ 14.0 4-2.1 ） mL; the rate of taking IUD smoothly is 91.18%, hightcr than that of control group 44.12%; the rate of success of taking IUD is 99.2%, bighter than that of control 86.76%. Conclusion Hysteroscope combined with Progynova in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women taking the IUD is a safe and effective method, because it making operation time shorten, taking IUD going on smoothly, taking IUD with a high success rate and less adverse reaction, it is worth of clinical application.
