论“四个全面”战略布局与人民民主专政的关系

摘　　要：人民民主专政为"四个全面"战略布局提供阶级基础等政治保障,"四个全面"战略布局是人民民主专政的深化发展。对人民实行广泛的民主,需要"四个全面"提供坚实的物质基础、精神动力和文化土壤;对国内外敌对势力实行专政,更需要"四个全面"的支持,"四个全面"战略布局是治理腐败、提升综合国力保家卫国、反"和平演变"的需要。人民民主专政是我们的立国之本,而"四个全面"战略布局是我们的强国之策,二者相互渗透、紧密配合,有力推进我国实现"两个一百年"和中华民族伟大复兴的步伐。The people's democratic dictatorship provides the political guarantee of class basis for the strategic layout of the ' Four Comprehensives'(comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society,comprehensively deepening reform,comprehensively implementing the rule of law and comprehensively strengthening Party discipline),which is the deepening development of the people's democratic dictatorship.The ' Four Comprehensives' are needed to provide a solid material foundation,spiritual power and cultural soil for the implementation of a wide range of democracy to the people.To implement dictatorship against domestic and foreign hostile forces needs the support of the ' Four Comprehensives'.The strategic layout of the ' Four Comprehensives' is indispensable to combating the corruption,enhancing the comprehensive national strengths,defending our motherland,and resisting the ' peaceful evolution'.The people's democratic dictatorship as the foundation of building the country,and the strategic layout of the ' Four Comprehensives' as the strategy to make our country powerful,mutually penetrating and closely cooperating with each other,forcefully promote the pace of China's implementation of the ' Two Centenary Goals' and China's great national rejuvenation.
