摘　　要：直播演播室技术安全播出保障任务是直播演播室技术人员工作的重中之重。本文不从具体某个设备选型或应急操作步骤进行讨论,而是根据2009年广电总局发布第62号令《广播电视安全播出管理规定》及其电视中心实施细则,站在系统安全设计和整体全局管理的角度上探讨如何做好新闻直播演播室的安全播出保障工作。本文主要分技术系统应急设计和管理制度建设与实施两大部分进行论述。In live studio, technical security of broadcasting is the key task of technical staff. I will not discuss specific equipment selection or emergency operation procedure in this dissertation. Considering security designs of system and global management, I will discuss how to achieve the security of broadcasting of live news studio according to the 62nd decree of Radio and TV Security Broadcast Regulations issued by SARFF in 2009 and TV center＇s implementation rules. This dissertation will be divided into two main parts. They are emergency designs of technical system and management system＇s establishment and implementation.
