摘  要:研究了水灰比、胶砂比及脱硫灰掺量对砂浆稠度和砂浆强度的影响,结果表明:随着水灰比的提高,砂浆稠度提高,而强度下降;随着胶砂比减小,砂浆稠度降低,而强度提高。试验配比下,脱硫灰掺量为15%-35%时,制备的脱硫灰砂浆28天抗压强度最高60.6 MPa,最低25.4 MPa。最后从微观角度分析了脱硫灰掺入后对砂浆的强度影响。Effects of water cement ratio,cement sand ratio and the desulfurization ash content on mortar consistency and mortar strength were studied in this paper.The results were as follows:with the increase of the water cement ratio,the consistency of mortar improved,and intensity decreased;with the cement sand ratio decreasing,mortar consistency reduced,strength increase.Under the experimental formula,the desulfurization ash mortar prepared 28 day compressive strength was up to 60.6 MPa,and a minimum of 25.4 MPa with the desulfurization ash dosage of 15 %-35 %.The influence on mortar strength after the incorporation of desulfurization ash from a microcosmic angle was investigated in the end.
