摘  要:提出了一种基于MSC.Patran&Nastran的提升电磁继电器耐力学性能一致性的方法。为分析某型号电磁继电器失效机理,对其进行局部参数化建模以提高计算效率,并针对各尺寸参数容差范围内的变动进行模态分析、谐响应分析。对比分析结果确定影响继电器耐力学性能的关键因素,合理控制其容差,进而提升其耐力学性能一致性。所得结果可为研究电磁继电器耐力学性能一致性提供方法上的借鉴。This paper presented a method of promoting the anti-mechanical performance consistency of electromagnetic relay based on MSC. Patran & Nastran software. The vibration failure mechanism was studied as well as computational efficiency improved by partial parametric modeling,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis investigated for each size variation within the tolerance range of parameters. In contrast,the key factors affecting the relay anti-mechanical performance were determined by the reasonable distribution of its tolerance to enhance the consistency. The conclusions drawn could provide a reference for the study of electromagnetic relay anti-mechanical performance consistency and be applied to relays of the same structural type.
