摘  要:提出了一种基于可配置PCS微电网规约转换器的规约转换方案,完成了IEC 61850规约和私有规约的映射转换。给出了硬件和软件设计方案,研制的PCS微电网规约转换器通过GOOSE网络基于GOOSE服务发布采集状态信息和GOOSE服务接收指令,通过MMS网络完成和监控后台通信功能。试验结果表明,通过配置转换方案能够控制PCS装置,实现储能系统与电网系统的并离自动切换功能,完全满足智能化微电网基于IEC 61850的通信要求。This paper presented a protocol conversion scheme of configurable-based chip micro network protocal converter,completed the mapping conversion of IEC 61850 protocol and the private protocol. Hardware and software design scheme was given. The developed micro-grid PCS protocol converter based on GOOSE network through GOOSE services publishes acquisition,state information and the GOOSE service receiving instruction,can complete and monitor the background communication function through the MMS network. The experimental results show that,through the configuration transformation scheme,it can control the PCS device to achieve the automatic switching function of the energy storage system and the grid system,fully meet the intelligent micro electric website communication requirements based on IEC 61850.
