摘　　要：总结了电触头材料静熔焊的研究成果,分析了电触头静熔焊的影响因素。列举了电触头静熔焊计算理论公式和试验方法,指出了电触头材料降低静熔焊力的发展方向。减小静熔焊可有效提高开关电器短时耐受电流,提升产品质量。This paper provided a review of studies on the static welding phenomena of electrical contact materials,including the analysis of influential factors on static welding and the summary of experiment and theoretical investigation on static welding. Finally,suggestions were given for further studies aimed at decreasing the static welding force. Decreacing static welding can increase short-time withstand current and improve product quality.
