摘 要:本文通过对兰州九州台4种主要绿化树种沙冬青Ammopiptanthus mongolicus(Maxim)Cheng f、侧柏Platyc ladus orientalis(L.)Franco、山毛桃Prunus davidiana(Carr)Franch和沙枣Elaeagnus angustifolia L.的抗旱性相关的10项指标测定,采用隶属函数法和灰色关联度法对其抗旱性系统评价。结果表明,夏秋两季4种树种的综合抗旱性强弱顺序均为:沙冬青>侧柏>沙枣>山毛桃。各项抗旱指标与抗旱性的关联顺序夏季表现Pro>RWC>MDA>Chl(a/b)>SOD>CAT>Chl(a+b)>SS>POD>可溶性蛋白;秋季表现为:MDA>RWC>SS>Pro>CAT>POD>Chl(a/b)>Chl(a+b)>SO D>可溶性蛋白。以期为甘肃省干旱地区的绿化造林及耐旱树种的筛选提供科学的理论依据。This paper determined on the drought-resistance ten indexes of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus (Maxim) Cheng f, Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco, Prunus davidiana (Carr) Franch, Elaeagnus angustifolia L, and evaluated on their correlation with the method of subordinate function and the gray correlative analysis. The results were showed that the drought-resistant capability of four plants increased in order of P. davidiana, E. angustifolia, P. orientalis and A. Mongolicus. The drought-resistance indexes and their relationship showed an order of Pro> RWC> MDA> Chl(a/b)> SOD> CAT>Chl(a+b)> SS> soluble POD> Protein in Summer and an order of MDA> RWC > Soluble sugar (SS) > Proline (Pro) >catalase (CAT)>Peroxidase (POD)>Chl(a/b)>Chl(a+b)>SOD>soluble protein. Which might provide a theoretical basis for the selection of afforestation and drought-tolerant tree species in arid area of Gansu Province.
