美国涉农企业兼并重组的经验及启示

摘　　要：在一系列兼并重组活动之后美国涉农企业在各自行业内部形成了数个实力雄厚的企业巨头,这些企业巨头凭借自身强大的资源调动能力和市场控制力促进了美国农业的发展。相比之下,中国农业行业缺乏具有一定带动力的农业龙头企业,导致农业行业恶性竞争、乱象频出,不利于整个农业行业稳定及农业现代化发展。本文回顾并分析美国代表性行业的兼并重组活动,总结其企业兼并重组的经验,在此基础上提出对中国农业龙头企业发展的启示。After merger and reorganization,some major agri-businesses in United States enhance their own market power on resources distribution and market control,which promote the development of American agriculture.On the contrary,the amount of leading agri-businesses are small in China,which lead to viciou competition and hinder the development process of agricultural modernization.This paper reviews and analyzes the merger and reorganization experiences of some presentative agri-businesses in United States.Accordingly,enlightenments are proposed for the development of leading agri-businesses in China.
