摘　　要：本文针对一老旧住宅小区燃煤锅炉供暖系统的节能改造项目,给出了3种地热水梯级利用供暖系统方案,并对3种方案进行经济性分析,根据经济性分析结果并考虑最大化地利用地热水资源,提出了最优化方案。This Paper gives three schemes for gradient utilization of geothermal water for space heating system in a energy saving reconstruction project for a resident ialquarters which used coal fired boiler heating system before.The economic performances are analyzed for the three schemes.And the optimization scheme is proposed according to the results of the economic performances and the maximize utilization of geothermal water resource in this paper.
