上颌尖牙埋伏阻生的治疗现状

摘　　要：上颌尖牙在口颌系统中对牙弓形态，咬合功能以及美观等都非常重要，而上颌埋伏阻生尖牙是口腔正畸临床中常见的牙颌畸形，随着粘结技术的飞速发展，固定矫治器的不断成熟，正畸医师与患者双方逐步认识到保留上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的重要性。本文将针对上颌尖牙埋伏阻生的发病率、病因及治疗方法的研究进展作一综述。Maxillary canines play an important role for the form of dental arch, the functional and cosmetic, etc. However, impacted maxillary canines are common malocclusion deform- ity in clinical orthodontics . With the rapid development of cementing technology and the mature of the fixed appliance, orthodontic doctors and patients gradually realized the importance of keep impacted maxillary canines. This ,article reviewed the treatment of impacted maxillary canines .
