功能性鼻窦镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究功能性鼻窦镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2012年11月～2015年2月间，在我院确诊为慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的患者共76例，随机将76例患者分为对照组与治疗组。对照组通过传统手段进行治疗，治疗组则通过功能性鼻窦镜进行治疗。结果：治疗组中患者的疗效总有效率为94．74％（36例），高于对照组的81．58％（31例），差异数据具有统计学意义（即P〈O．05）。结论：功能性鼻窦镜手术，能有效缓解慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的临床症状。Objective ： To explore the functional nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps clinical results. Methods ： between November 2012 - February 2015, in our hospital diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps in patients with a total of 76 cases, 76 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. In the control group were treated by traditional means, the treatment group through a functional nasal endoscopic treatment. Results： The patients with the treatment group total effective rate was 94.74-% （36 cases）, 81.58% （31 cases） was higher, the difference was statistically significant data （ie, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The functional sinus endoscopic surgery, can effectively relieve chronic sinusitis, nasal pol- yps in patients with clinical symptoms.
