可吸收胶原蛋白线与丝线在眼睑外伤缝合中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的：对比可吸收胶原蛋白线与丝线在眼睑外伤缝合中的效果。方法：109例门诊眼睑外伤患者按自愿原则分为两组（观察组及对照组）。观察组患者46例，采用1吸收胶原蛋白线行眼睑外伤缝合对照组患者63例，采用丝线行眼睑外伤缝合。2周后以问卷形式调查两组患者对眼睑外伤缝合后的满意度。结果：观察组患者平均满意度高于对照组。结论：可吸收胶原蛋白线茌眼睑外伤缝合中优于丝线。Objective ： To compare the effects of absorbable collagen suture and silk suture applied in the suture of eyelid laceration. Methods ： 109 patients with eyelid laceration were di- vided into two groups（ observation group and control group）on a voluntary basis, observation group 46 cases that receive absorbable collagen suture in the debridement and suturing, control group includes 63 cases that received silk suture in the debridement and suturing, in 2 weeks adopts the form of questionnaire survey compare the satisfaction degree after the suture of eyelid laceration. Results ： the mean satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than the control group. Conclusions ：in the debridement and suturing of eyelid laceration absorbable collagen suture better than the silk suture.
