摘　　要：针对数字电视昂贵的收费标准以及开机繁琐等问题,提出用数字方法解决模拟视频解码后出现的亮色串扰以及色度畸变现象,利用高速FPGA硬件采集系统将模拟视频转换成数字视频流并存储,通过自适应2D梳状滤波器分离出亮度和色度信号,同时为了保证解调出的红蓝色差信号不失真,采用Costas环同步色度副载波。该方法在Matlab上仿真解码后不仅提高了图像质量,而且解决了模拟电视亮度不清晰,色度不饱和等问题,使用户观看模拟电视时临场感增强。Since the expensive charging standard and tedious setting up of digital TV,digital method is proposed for solving the phenomenon of luminance color crosstalk and chrominance distortion after analog video decoding. High?speed FPGA hard?ware acquisition system is applied to converting analog video into digital video and storing. Luminance and chrominance signals are separated by adaptive 2D comb filter. To guarantee the demodulated red and blue chromatic aberration signals against distortion, Costas loop is applied to synchronizing with chrominance subcarrier. This method improved image quality,solved the problems of blurring analog TV luminance and unsaturated chrominance. When users are watching analog TV,the telepresence is enhanced.
