摘　　要：当前,世界经济正处于第五波长周期的下行阶段,新一轮工业革命正在酝酿之中。中国要在即将到来的新一轮工业革命中有所作为,就要充分认识到本轮长周期的发展特点和国内经济周期波动的特殊性,以及由此带来的挑战。中国必须通过增加服务要素供给,发挥政府的主导作用,重视产业政策与外资政策的协调,并制定多元化人才培育计划来加以应对。The world economy is in a downward phase of the fifth wavelength cycle,and a new round of industrial revolution is brewing. To make a difference in the upcoming new round of industrial revolution,China must fully understand the characteristics of the current round of the long developing period and the particularity of domestic economic cycle fluctuations,as well as the challenges it poses. China must increase the supply of service elements,play a leading role of government,focus on coordinating industrial policy and foreign policy,and develop diversified personnel training programs to deal with.
