摘　　要：民营医院作为我国医疗卫生系统重要的组成部分,其监管体系的建立健全对于提高民营医院医疗质量,保障其医疗安全,完善医疗卫生服务的全行业监管具有重要意义。民营医院监管即对民营医院进行行业监管,旨在规范民营医院医疗行为,提高医疗质量,满足人们健康需求,完善医疗服务的全行业监管。通过阐述我国民营医院行业监管的现状,分析了目前我国民营医院行业监管存在的主要问题及原因,并为完善医疗服务市场的全行业监管提供了对策建议。Private hospitals constitute an important part of the medical and health system of China, and establishing and improving a supervision system for them is significant for promoting their medical quality, guaranteeing their medical safety, and improving the whole-industry supervision of medical and health service. The supervision over private hospitals refers to industry supervision over these hospitals, with an aim to standardize their medical treatment, promote their medical quality, satisfy people's health demands, and improve the whole-industry supervision of medical service. Through expounding the current situation of industry supervision over private hospitals in China, the paper analyzes the major problems existing in the supervision and their causes and brings forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the whole-industry supervision over the medical service market.
